Can you please post more details, including:
General Location, e.g. North West UK
Satellite Set up, size of dish.
    Transponders scanned
Number of channels already stored on your Spiderbox 9000HD

chances are there are too many channels and/or transponders stored (including radio channels)

delete a few dead transponders and dead channels , then try again

    a good prune should suffice

we could do with somebody posting a new channel list for this box in the files and channels section in our spiderbox section

    looking at this old thread

    https://www.satpimps.co.uk/showthrea...iderbox-memory

    it seems that it was

10000 channels is the maximum , (and its something like 800 transponders I think)
I think you need to do a lot more pruning and especially lower the transponder number (whatever it currently is and I have no idea how you can find out apart from loading it into an old editor on a pc and counting them)

I have no idea why you need over 9000 channels either , plus is that tv channels , radio channels , or both added together ?

I get good signal and quality on that transponder here in m/cr using a vu solo 2 , but none of them clear , so if I can receive the channels up here, you should have no trouble scanning them in , if you have room for them
