    Dale Winton Gone at 62.

Sad news that Dale has gone to sweep in the great Supermarket in the Sky & will therefore no longer be gracing our TV's with his charismatic presence.

Yes, Dale always seemed to laid back and cheerful, but maybe there was more to all that than met the eye?
I liked Dale Winton, seemed like such a nice bloke, RIP Dale!

No offence - but his voice really got on my nerves. Whenever an advert or something on TV with him was on, I'd turn the TV off, or at least watch something else. Also I'm quite a "Manly man", so seeing him "poncing about" used to also get on my nerves.

I don't like to hear of people dying though - so RIP. Nowadays 62 doesn't seem that old - but just a few decades ago, dying at 62 would have been quite the norm or old - hell in 1841 the average age of death for a man was 40. So he had a good innings compared to those that came before him I guess.

Can't stand the Rylan guy, I do find David Walliams to be quite funny though, why?

I guess it's a personal thing, I like films like 'Full Metal Jacket', comedies and stuff like that, my lass watches musicals - which I detest - she doesn't much like the war films though.

Some people drink coffee - I drink tea, It's simple - we are all different. I don't like 'poncy' stuff, some poncy people don't like 'manly' stuff.

personally I cant stand either of them and never watch them, even muting the tv or turning it off where I am allowed

DW was ok in Supermarket Sweep and In It To Win It , so a shame and especially as he was just a tad younger then me so it really makes you think !!

I thought the same way seeing Butch Wilkins death announced recently, seeing as I am older and he was probably much fitter than me

You gotta live your life whilst you can as you just never know

I suspect that peeps that are famous see their careers as over when they get slightly older and its harder to deal with, the rest of us maybe can take a job slightly lower than we are used to if need be, being at the top has its drawbacks, throw into that his ***uality and you have another variable, its surprising what messes peeps up when they get depressed and are taking stuff that makes you feel worse rather then better.

    Agree
I didnt mind Dale he was a decent presenter who wasnt too OTT
Whereas the other two are drama queens who are full of their own self importance

Add Biy George to that list too
Watched a do***entary about him & Culture Club on BBC4 recently
God almighty talk about having a high opinion of himself
Made himself look aright arse & spoilt brat who likes to throw toys out of pram
