can someone check......yesterday i went to help set up my brother in laws new receiver,downloaded the above concierge program,to his laptop tried to instal cc lines got conected to receiver(only)then diconneted from recr,,,tried a few times then got avg TROGEN ISOLATED AND PROGRAM could not select load configer any more so gave up.....any ideas

If the downloaded program is working OK on your machine, mate, then it sounds like your friends anti-virus software is throwing up a false positive.
Scan the exe with your AV software to prove it.
