Question 1600CHD is it POSSIBLE to get all FREESAT UK TV not just Free to view?

Since the availability of Dave on UK freesat I have been trying to figure how to record it without buying a £160 FREESAT recorder.
The channel is listed on my Icecrypt 1600CHD but shown as scrambled, so are the other Free to view Channels.

To check I have the correct channel, it is decoding if I put a S** subscription card in the slot.
However if I put in a Freesat card in, still scrambled, note however this white card will decode Yesterday +1 in the Icecrypt!!

The white Freesat S** card will decode the Dave and all free to view Channel’s in a S**+ box but of course it will not record them.
Anyone know the secret of getting Freesat "free to view" channels to decode without an expensive Freesat box??

Dave is listed as being part of Sky, on a certain satellite site, but there is a clear option, listed on 12129 V 27500.
As I don't watch British television I haven't checked it.

If it is on FreeSat it should be FTA and thus receivable on any box.

The HD versions are often tied into a contract with Sly and scrambled but the SD version on a Sly digibox may be on a different SID and also be scrambled.

As said above the SD version is in the clear on 12129 V 2/3 27500 DVB-S
HD is encrypted by a well known provider and not available

Had not realised the free to view channels on S** that are available for "Freesat" were also transmitted in clear. I have rescaned and now receive Dave on 12129 V 27500.
Thanks to all for your input.

Hav you read the previous posts?
Dave is listed as being part of Sky, on a certain satellite site, but there is a clear option, listed on 12129 V 27500.
It is only Dave SD, on 12129 V 27500, that's clear, the other versions are encrypted, on 11523 H 22000 and the HD version on 11739 V 29900 DVB-S2 QPSK.
Check which frequency you're trying to view.

Have you got the operating manual?
I have found one online, that might help:
    Code:
