6000 HD channel editor not even working in simple edit mode

Folks,

I've tried using the channel editor to simply edit the channel backup .ssu file to remove unwanted channels.
I saved the 6000 .ssu file onto a memory stick, then used the channel editor to open the file.
It opens the file with no problems and the listings are as expected.
However, if I make the slightest change such as deleting one channel, then save the file again, then no channels appear in the 6000 menu.
I took the test to a basic level..... save the channels, open them on the PC with the channel editor, then immediately save them again and the problem still exists.

Has anyone had this channel editor working or am I wasting my time?

I have tried to download the editor again but the link no longer works.

Hi ...Why dont you delete unwanted channels by using the inbuilt channel option. You can delete single channels by using the yellow button or complete transponders by using the green button. I would recommend that you do a copy of your channel list before you delete anything in case you mess it up. Regards
