I can't see a Viasat Sport Norge listed, on 4.8E.
    Viasat Sport HD, & Viasat Sport Premium HD 11305 H 30000 DVB-S2 8PSK 3/4
    Viasat Sport Baltic 11804 H 27500 DVB-S
    Viasat Sport Sveriage, & Viasat Sport Premium 11977 V 27500 DVB-S
    Viasat Sport Baltic + Russia, & Viasat Sport HD 12092 V 30000 DVB-S2 8PSK 2/3

The TV 2 Sport Premium channels are listed, on the Viasat package:
    11385 V 30000 DVB-S2 8PSK 3/4

Was there a particular channel, or sporting event, you were looking for?

I'm looking to get the Green Bay Packers NFL game on Sunday evening. My EPG shows it on that channel but when selecting the channel (catseyes listing) I get the " SID not in PAT" message. Catseyes has it on 11862V, and rescanning that transponder doesn't find it either.

There is no Viasat Sport Norge or Viasat Football Norge any more, they have been renamed to Viasport + and Viasport 1, there is also a Viasport 2 and 3, all in HD.

    11305 h 30000
    11345 h 30000

    They are the TP details.

Change the postion of the satellite, for example if its 4.8 east, try 4.4 east or even 4.2 east.

I can get them very clearly in Norfolk with a 1.1 dish, you might be too far west but its worth a try.

I'm using USALS. What's the easiest way to change satellite position?

Don't change USALS because that will change everything.

Can you edit the satellite and change the position from 4.8 to 4.4 ?

I guess that's what I'm asking? If there is not a file I can edit then would me changing my position in tuner setup by 0.2 degrees on a temporary basis have the same effect?

There must be a list of satellites set up on your box with the positions.

I don't know what box you have but can't you edit that one satellite and change the position ?

I have a Vu+ Solo2 with OpenBH 1.0. I have modified my location on tuner setup, which should have the same effect as changing the satellite position - especially as both me and the satellite are within a few degree of top dead centre. Unfortunately, no matter what I do I cannot get anything on those transponders. Must be too far west!!

    Thanks for the help, though.

I find the SD channels are easier to get than the HD versions, as I'm also too far west, but there might be some hope, as they are also listed on 0.8W.
    Viasport 1 10809 H 25000 DVB-S2 8PSK 3/4
    Viasport 2, & Viasport 3 12111 V 30000 DVB-S2 8PSK 2/3
    Viasport+ 12476 H 30000 DVB-S2 8PSK 2/3
You can check their TV guide, to see if it's the same content:
    Code:

I can pull in Viasport 1,2 and 3 very strong, but getting nothing on the frequency provided for Viasport+. Alas, my shares don't cover those channels anyway, although I can get most of the Norwegian channels.

UPDATE: on checking the guide it appears Viasport+ is what I want - check mate I think!

Just tried scanning in Viasport+, on 0.8W, without any problem, using the Signal Finder option, in Open Blackhole.
Unfortunately, same as you, it doesn't open, not even registered on my Oscam.

It's a feature in Open Blackhole, at least on my Duo2, you can find it under Menu, Setup, Tuner Config.

Found it - but didn't help. Signal finder just shows 0% on all bars against that frequency. Well, I've learned something - not got the Packers game but hey ho!

It should show a good signal quality.
What are your signal quality readings on the other viasport channels, 1, 2 and 3, on 0.8W?
Please check that you have selected, set, the correct details, in signal finder, User defined transponder, 12476 DVB-S2 Horizontal 30000
    Do you get anything on 12437 H 30000 DVB-S2 8PSK 2/3?

Sorry, up early so off to bed. From memory signal quality was good on 1,2 and 3 (~70%) but nothing at all on +. I did double check transponder data. Will check on 12437H in the morning.
