Hi, I have just noticed on my Android Mobdro is not opening.
Probably needs updating
Bit of a surprise ISP's would go after such low quality streams
but i agree it does seem like that is what has happened in this case .
Working fine on my Galaxy S6 Edge+ - but then I have done updates!
read from last season...when live games are on mobdro & many others are blocked from source..when live game is not on app will work fine..using a vpn the app will always work.
EXTRAFACTO (27-08-2017)
put on a free...or payed vpn
no more mobdro probs
i put a free one on...turbo vpn
watched matchs yesterday,,today...and even saw the fight..mobdro ..sportsklub 1
Surely if Mobdro is blocked, it will be blocked at source not at the end user?
@ dog man
mobdro is blocked ie live games mainly in uk...so by using a vpn..which gives you a fake ip address from a country that is not blocking
this allows you to watch...
ie...live game on...vpn off...mobdro shows oops sorry this stream appears to be offline..try later
vpn on.... country selected say germany...german ip address...mobdro opens stream
i have tested this on whats my ip sites...vpn on with germany selected...gives my ip as german..even says which city..and german internet provider
all fake ofcourse..but allows me acccess
turn off vpn...go to whats my ip site...shows my true ip plus city plus internet provider
One can also move to an ISP that does not block and yes, there are plenty out there.
Which ones don't block?
I used to be with zen many years ago and they were brilliant.
The Premier League is intensifying its crackdown on the illegal streaming of matches over the free Kodi and Mobdro apps .Code:http://www.mirror.co.uk/tech/kodi-football-streams-blocked-premier-10879530
The High Court has passed a "blocking order" in favour of the organisation that will force internet service providers to shut down any server being used to broadcast a game.
The order will cover the 2017-18 season and has been described as a "game-changer" in the fight against online piracy.
Bosses at the organisation are working to protect the £5.1 billion broadcasting rights paid by Sky and BT Sport, both of which offer subscription packages for fans who want to watch the matches.
“This blocking Order is a game-changer in our efforts to tackle the supply and use of illicit streams of our content," said Kevin Plumb, the Premier League's director of legal services.
“It will allow us to quickly and effectively block and disrupt the illegal broadcast of Premier League football via any means, including so called ‘pre-loaded Kodi boxes’.
“The protection of our copyright, and the investment made by our broadcast partners, is hugely important to the Premier League and the future health of English football."
Kodi is a free, content-neutral platform that has publicly shunned the pirate streams that use it . However, because of its ease of use it has become a major source of copyright infringement.
Shady dealers are installing the software onto stock Android devices and pre-loading it with illegal streams before selling them on to punters - sometimes for as much as £100 each.
Earlier this week a man was arrested in Westminster and police acquired 40 such "Kodi boxes" in a raid on his property.
Many people choose this route to avoid paying out for costly packages - such as the monthly £49.50 for Sky's cheapest sports subscription.
BT, Virgin Media, Sky Broadband, Plusnet, TalkTalk and EE
I BELIEVE Thats Very old news ...plus there is no such thing as "Kodi boxes"
Never was and Never will be "Kodi boxes" .
Kodi is Software only retarded people incorrectly describe and labe various Andriod boxes as "Kodi boxes"
ive never required a VPN and can still watch everything mobdro has to offer without issues but its pretty pathetic to read mobdro streams being blocked
since the quality of mobdro especially sports is not any better than 480p SD like VHS standard which is why i would never rely on such poor picture quality streams so it bothers me not i just find it hilarious to read how daft and retarded these 'news' articles are becoming its almost like ISP's and Police have bugger all better to do these days instead of actually trying to stop some REAL Crime : ))

Test match cricket showing live on mobdro at mo - so maybe that doesn't class as 'top' sports coverage - having said that I'm with Vodaf for b/b so maybe they allow it?
