With those double ovens there is usually 4 small screws (2 top & 2 bottom) that hold it into the unit
There may also be some strips across top & bottom of oven that match the oven housing/cupboard
If there is to get these off the screws are usually on the inside -so you open up the cupboards below & above to see them & remove

Is there a reason why you want to take the built in oven ?
IS it part of the kitchen units that should remain when you complete the sale?
You should check if it should be included
Normally you wouldn't buy a house with fitted kitchen & no oven in the same way you wouldn't buy one with no sink?

I would double check with a sparky to be on safe side with shower tbh
Depending on wattage depends on how thick the cable needs to be
Usually the have own isolater switch & separate switch at consumer unit

Last thing you want is an electrical house fire
Especially if you've done it yourself the insurance will be void

2KW = 9AMPS extra you don't say what size cable and what size protection you got

I think you might have trouble finding a 50A mcb (if they exist in Europe, although that's a standard US size - but those have totally different tripping characteristics and so don't try to use one of them!) because the steps are 16A, 32A, 40A and (I think) 64A - a B40 (40A) MCB is what I use for our double oven, for that 10.8kW (approx. 45A @240V) shower you will probably need 16sq mm cable and a 64A mcb.

Check this page out https://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Technic...ltageDrop.html . The same company does a full range of MCBs. Select one equal to or less than the maximum current the cable can carry but more than the current your shower needs. I would recommend you get an electrician to install your shower as conditions can vary greatly. 16mm˛ is huge and will need it's own unit. If you can get away with 10mm˛ you might be able to use the existing CU. The shower should have earth leakage protection.
