Signal issue

I have tm 5402 HD M3 , TM 0.1 lnb, TM Diseqc motor and 1m dish.
Everything is set 100% picking up all sats and transponders ok except for one particular frequency on Astra 4a(old Sirius 4.8) which is giving me headache 😖 it's RTS SAT
12702 H 8PSK DVBS2 3/5 SR8623
Signal level 97% quality 82%
and signal is intermittent and picture freezes while other TP's work perfectly on same sat !
Is it the tuner sensitivity to low symbol rate ?
Can someone try this and let me know if having the same issue please? Thank you

Hi My friend in Redhill has same box and has same problem with RTS Sat channel. Reason for this could be that channel is on the Nordic beam and is weak in UK as far as i am aware. There is a RTS Sat channel on 23.5 east on frequency 11683V s/r 2734 Regards

Thanks m8 signal is level97% quality 95% but still freezes but on Amiko mini hd se works fine!
Technomate is better in quality but ironically the cheaper box does the job !
Tuner doesn't like this feed frequency only which firmware could fix this ?
From 14/7/17 they are moving to Sirius 4.8e for good !

Hi If its working fine on the Amiko then the problem must be with the TM as the signal is the same. have you tried to tweak the LNB for sensitivity issues.. Like you say that TM boxes are usually very reliable..I check this channel out in the next few days on different boxes and see what i get and let you know. regards

Worked it out by swapping the TM 0.1lnb with Amiko twin 0.1lnb and it works with no freezing on TM 5402HD M3 so "there you go" !!!👍
