Fraud? ***cccam.com

Hello,
1 month ago a bought a yearly package from xxxxxxxx.com and gave them all the information needed for my hitech box hd9000 device so that they could activate their package after the payment.

The package was never working and it is still not working for something over a month now, i have sent them countless emails about this problem that needs to be fixed and the only answer that i got 1 time was that they have closed the server and opened it again and that i should check it again. After that one reply i never heard from them again even thought in their website they say that you can have a refound if you want in the first week.

What can i do to either make this package that i have purchased work (maybe there is something that i need to do to my device just quessing cause i never got a reply from them) or to get my money back because this is not working.

In case anybody know about this website please help.

its not like you bought a legal phone contract from vodafone !!

it was "fraud" from day one , as you should have known at the beginning , so its "caveat emptor"
