S1600CHD softcam problems

I have loaded S1600C_1.6.41_EMU.zip .
I have entered both CCam and Mgcamd logon details in net client config successfully.
I try to restart either CCcam or Mgcamd but nothinh happens.
The message tells me Server 1 not active
Server 2 not active etc.What must \i do to start the emulators ?

In Net Client Config edit make sure that Active Server and Emm Enable are showing green NOT white.

Many thanks for reply.Both active server and emm enable show green on the list but after pressing red to save the following screen shows 8 buttons and the message Server 1 not active the button for server 1 is coloured white, pressing green to restart does nothing . I have checked that the logon details are correct. Is there any further trouble shooting I can do ?

If the Active Server and the Emm enable are showing white highlight the OK on each and press OK on the remote and they should turn green.
Press red to save.
