tried using the ird file reboot but no luck
Your E2 Image is corrupted. You need to reflash it.
Power off.
Hold down Menu button and repower.
Using Up or Down buttons select the non Enigma 2 option.
Upgrade E2 through Plugins with valid copy of E2 on USB stick.
