addon problems

hi all
anybody answer my query I would appreciate it.
I have kodi programme on my pc and on a kodi box and recently I have noticed 1-3 movies (on muckys repo) is not opening, I have seen it suggested that my isp may be geo-blocking it,although I accept they could be doing just that I can easily google the actual 1-3 site and all works ok on my pc (obviously cant do this with my box) so is it just the tie-up with using kodi/muckys/1-3 that is the problem.
