Spiderbox HD6000 and MSCam?

I just purchased the above from W O S and expected it to come with a code for MsCam or IKS. I have patched the firmware but on contacting the shop for a code was told 'we do not provide this type of support. You will need to Google patched firmware'
Is there somewhere else I need to go to get MsCam connected?

Panic over I think I've found the answer. Always one sure way to find a solution 5 mins after you posted the question!!

not sure that's going to help you entering 1111111111 after patching the receiver will probably not work you will need a dedicated code for the 6000hd

Hi .. The 11111......would work if box serial number had been registered by the seller. When it expires you will need the renewal 16 digit code for IKS and the 12 digit code for Mscam. You can also use CCCa** files instead of IKS/Mscam.. Regards
