help entering "c" line on Technomate F3/5

I have been having a good look around trying to find how to load cccam config file into F3/5
I am still none the wiser could someone help me out here please, I have sat set up dish programmed it etc
just need to be able to load and start cccam. Receiver has been patched.

On my old 6900HD used to be 8281 and 8280 for BISS table may be worth trying.

Still correct on TM5402HD and F3/5 mate!
