how do i put the latest firmware on my mygica atv 582 quad core android 4.4 box which i bought off the sponsor i see he is doing it for £10 on newly ordered boxes but alas mine was purchased about 6 months ago

If your box is regularly used and connected to the net all the time it will be up to date already if you've got the box ticked to auto update in the software update settings. So you shouldn't need to mess around with it.
