    Question ol member new name

    have lost my password for original member name so iam back using new name .could not go the lost password route as for some reason outlook mail has screwed up i can login and reset password etc but cannot view my emails ? so if it is possible to send my old password to my sky mail address then i can revert back to my original name JOE.MADDISON........outlook mail fault has been with me for many weeks,,???
