Iptv simple client probs

Hello everyone ,could someone please give advice regarding the simple client.
I load various playlists from different providers and they all work perfectly for about 15-20 seconds and then stops playing stream.
Im using this on a mxq pro with jarvis .
Any pointers greatfully received. Internet connection is pretty good ,box is connected to router with ethernet cable and i dont get problems using other add ons.

the streams are probably .ts extension...........they always dropout due to server overload...

Is there a successful way to watch iptv or do you think its always gonna be very hit and miss?
Would going for a paid service be the only answer or still a lottery?
