TM5402 m3 - WiFi Backup and others

Hello,

I have a new TM5402 M3 and I have a few questions:

1. How do I backup the software channels etc?
2. My WiFi dongle is not working (its called netis), how do I back it up?
3. The OSD display for channels selection sometimes shows a pixelated channel window (the small channel window that for example appears when deleting channels)

Can anyone help?

I managed to do the backup so now the main question is the WiFi dongle as I would like to try IPTV.
