I have a new spiderbox 6000hd new one as my old one iks patch ran out I am trying to load two patches when with MS cam other with lks and no joy put in0000000000 and all 111111111111 nothing happeng is this box still supported or do I have to go elsewhere by the way thanks in advance to all your hard work and support📺📺📡📡

I've done all that's thanks for reply still seems not to be working maybe have been sold a dud because I haven't got the code from the supplier

Go to Menu -> Network -> Press OK -> MS Cam -> Press OK -> Key enter 11-11-11-11-11 -> go down to Register - Press OK - It may take a while but if you have a internet connection it should say Connected and give Expiry Date.

I am assuming you are trying your New 6000hd with MScam? You will need the latest patch from V.A.S.I.K.S.
Don't have my 6000hd now but if I remember correctly it has Youtube and/or others which will connect freely (without codes) providing you have an established internet connection, worth trying these first.

You could also type login is failed into the search option, top right corner of the forum, and see what replies were received by other members with a similar problem, and maybe this will help you solve the problem.

Is the box working ok FTA ? which patch do you have loaded on the 6000 ? which satellite are you trying to connect to ? are you using wireless or cable to the router ? do you have a multi dish or motorised or static single dish ?

Sorry for delay I have a 1 metre dish able to receive 45 East to 30 West and beyond free to air is working fine plus see lines that I have purchased but trying to get the patch to go and I cannot login to v_a_s_k_i_n site either may consider buying a European c line

I think I know what the problem may be I have the patch October 19th 2015 Ms cam not iks I bought the box from an a.u.c.t.i.o.n site and I had no registration keys in the box email supplier he doesn't know what I mean a box has a Mac address and the possible serial number any help would be much appreciated as to what to do or will I have to get a European sea lion from somewhere by the way all YouTube and other stuff and iptv works as well thanks in advance for any replies keep up the good work on this site sorry for delay has been working and doing some gardening📡📡📡📡📺📺📺📺⛾⛾⛾⛏⛏⛏⛏

as its a new box you should use the mscam patch and try to register the box using its mac code with the mscam server

if this fails its between you and the supplier to sort it out

if you use v a s i k s you may have to use the IKS patch ? (not sure but deffo one of them)

or you forget about iks and mscam and use a sea lion instead
