play store fire stick

hi all looking for a bit of input and help I would like to add play store to my fire stick.i have tried a few you tube tuts but all seem out of date

Sorry I only use Firestick and boxes for KODI so I can not help you with that one. :(

i used this guide to install play store on a amazon 7 fire tablet ,,,both android devices,,bur not sure if it will work on the firestick..i gave my firestick to my father so cant try it at the minute.

Could someone please give me the answer to my query, I am asking this for a friend of mine who has just gotten a Fire HD 8 Tablet, would the info in the link above work with A m a z o n Fire HD 8 Tablet, many thanks in advance for any info given.

aldo i dont have a fire hd 8 so cant say if it works,,,but have been on a few websites where they say yes it works....here is a link to one of them...have a look
