My duo2 can't scan following transponder

    Hi there
My duo2 can't scan following transponder of St 2 88e
    11483H,V AND 11546H.11672H
Snr for all is well above 80%
Then I did merge lamedb. File from vu + zero from mu friend. Then following message is common when I open new channels added.
no data on transponder timeout reading pat and sid not found on pat

What should I do to tune those transponder

This is the videocon d2h package, and is a known problem, as discussed, and publicised, on the vuplus forum, mainly by a few members, including amila perera, and especially abid hussain.
He even posted a video, demonstrating the problem, and seems to have been in a long fight, with the manufacturers, in an attempt to get this problem rectified, or at least investigated, without much success.
At first he thought it was due to the high Symbol Rate, 44995, but as the receivers can handle the 44100 S/R on 27.5W, I'm not sure that this is the problem.
And on 17th July amila perera stated that he managed to scan in the vertical channels, on 88E.
As mentioned, on the other forum, most of us are in Europe, and have no access to 88E, so can't check it.
abid hussain did report that the VU+ Solo 4K does work.

    hi there
i could tune to all transponders except 11483h.11546v.11546.11672h. all transponders locked and have good signal strength.so it is not problem with high symbol rate. my friend also tuned all with vu+ zero

It sounds more like there is something blocking them - a bit like the old DECT phone problem. In other words, the signal may not be coming from the desired Sat but some local interference.

Also, those frequencies are near the top of the lower local oscillator (9.75GHz) band of a uni-LNB but I can't see why that would cause just those transponders to fail (unles the receiver is poor at the very top end of the band).

This has been discussed, quite extensively, on the VU+ forum, in the past, and strangely it has been mentioned that the cheap, clone, versions, can scan them in, as can the newer VU+ models, including the 4K, but for some reason the older receivers, including the VU+ Duo 2, can't scan them in.
So far the VU+ manufacturers haven't been able to explain the problem, or come up with a solution.
Unfortunately most of us can't get 88E, so we are unable to test it.
One theory, put forward by a dealer, in India, thought it had to do with the high S/R, 44995, but some have scanned in the channels on 27.5W, which use a S/R of 44100, and these seem to scan in correctly.

i think it is not the case of higher symbol rate 11164 V 44995 is scanned and also channels are stored. I try to contact vuplus team but no response from them.
