When you get to that transponder just delete it, as that is causing the receiver to reboot, it may be corrupting the channel list.

10975 H i cant delete it as as soon as i scroll onto it box reboots very strange ? the only thing iv not tried is a factory reset but im thinking even if i did this and started from scratch it will add that transponder again on a blind search.

If you know which transponder that it is then, save your channel list to your PC, then use the channel editor to delete the TP, then reload your edited channel list back to your receiver, you could also delete any other dead TP's at the same time, they will appear in red.

Remove lnb cable before you turn your receiver on.
Delete this tp and then reconnect lnb cable.
Probably your problem is that your list is corrupted.
You have to use a new one.
