As soon as receiver switches on i get a error message

whenever my receiver switches on i get the openvix 3.2 kodi 15.2 with a donkey between the 3.2 and then a error message which says in a blue box service unavailable check tuner configuration. it never happened before it would just load to the channel it was left on ? so then i have to always go and find the astra sat and then click it to work i only just started using this particular receiver and would like as much help as possible many thanks. All help will be greatly appreciated and best update and how to install latest firmware or software etc etc .:respect-054:

also setup your tuners according to your setup (fixed , motorised or a combo of both as required)
