RTL Radio on 19E is still there I think.

In the early days (circa 1990) RTL1440 radio which broadcast the UK version of Radio Luxembourg at night. It couldn't have had many listeners back then because I responded to a phone-in quiz and got through. The prize was only a CD which I wasn't that fussy about but offspring liked it.

Tutti Frutti - Hugo Egon Balder - chin, chin

Also with the highly appropriately named Titziana.

It had a short period of broadcasting in red/blue type 3D.

    The rules were quite simple:
Get an answer wrong = Get your kit off.
Get an answer right = Get your kit off.

Red Hot Dutch - I had the sat system. Me and 2 mates shared the subscription costs and shared the cost of 100 VHS tapes. I recorded 2 nights on each tape, so 800 hours of filth between the 3 of us. HAPPY DAYS.

Anybody remember S~y channel at 13 deg, the same position as Hotbird before the original Astra sat at 19 deg was launched. I loved its Paris to Dakar coverage. I think there was a channel on 1 deg or 5 deg called canal plus gul. To receive it you needed a big dish modified feed with a depoloriser.
Those were the top days of sat for me.

Ha;such fond memories! There was loads of free filth if you looked. Remember PG on Sirius (5east) or my favourite at the time Alpengluhen on Astra 19 east? German softcore where all the male stars had moustaches and mullets and all the women had Margaret Thatcher type hairdos and clothes. All gone now......
