    I watched a few mins a day or 2 ago and thought it was a bit soft, the shuttle launch looked nice but nothing spectacular. They should show the NASA Imax docu's

    can anybody tell me which channel to use or transponder ive used this 11181 H dvbs 10125 3/4 , just dont seem to pick up anything on 24.5 w

    Thats the same freq as i'm using and the channel works fine for me, if your not getting anything on 24.5w then maybe your dish isn't aligned very well, or something is blocking your line of sight.

    tv lg 49inch 4k smart tv.

    i have just got on the sat and got transponder plus that freq, so i need to set some settings on me dish and move it about a bit, thanks cokeaddict.

    insight UHD is worth watching, a lot of the 4k looks like it came from a gopro but some shows still look good. Graveyard Cars was shot in 1080 put looks a lot better upscaled than it does on the more compressed HD channel

    regular 4k epl feed. its 16apsk. Quad hd format but still want it I get a small blip on a rf scan but only 5.5-6.0db

    that might explain why I cant get it up in the north east. when I rf scan and locate 11677 i get a blip on the graph but not enough for 16apsk. on a 1.1 :(

    Hi

    Sorry to say this but itīs useless
    cause thoose Channels ( Sky Sport UHD is the 2nd on the same Transponder)are Work only with the New Sly German
    UHD Receiver donīt Work for example with a VU 4K

    Taken from a Geraman Sat Magazin ( Digital Fernsehen )
    The new Standard DVB-S2X is not backward compatibel with the previous/current DVB-S2 Standard.
    This means: Who wants to use the new specifications in the future, need a new receiver.
    So the answer to your question is no,checked it with my Vu Solo 4K had no chance to set the FEC to 11/20
    scale ends at 9/10

    could a software upgrade be developed to cope with 11/20

    Any thoughts on why Astra would be testing in this format? - advantages etc
