The only available cams so far are open sourced one - Oscam and Doscam, all other cams such as CCcam need to be recompiled for ARM - no mipsel cam binaries will work on the 4k as it's an ARM processor, as the source code is not available for other cams - the people that have it will need to release it or compile and post them, so Oscam is the cam to use just now.

Obtain the source code and compile it on an ARM based box such as the raspberry PI 2, or use a cross compiler on your PC to compile it for your ARM based box.
Mgcamd works on solo4k
Here is a package I found somewhere, it's packed for BH images, but if you unpack it (winrar will do) then the mgcamd binary will work on other images, you will just need to use your own camscript.
