Bad signal quality on specific frequency

Hello guys.. I have a bad signal wuality on hotbird on two frequences the other are fine with high quality.. For example frequency 11278V 27500 the signal power is 90 and strength is 50 meanwhile on 11258H 27500 the power is 90 but strenggth is 8 how can i boast the signal power? Plz help

ps:- there is not enough evidence to suggest that this is a dish problem , its more likely to be an lnb or receiver issue
