    Hi all I am having a difficulty with my box I am adding a line but cannot connect,I suspect there is a letter somewhere on the server line,can anyone advise me how do I delete all letters and how will I know they are clear,I did this before but for the life of me I cannot think how,please be gentle with me I am already frustrated at this for some time,regards McG
