    Novice help

Hi ..... Be gentle as I know nothing about this but bought a icecrypt s3200ccihd box and a localish guy uploaded some software. Plugged into my own dish, tv and router. All working fine except we are getting picture stall for about 5 seconds every few mins.

The software guy is now away for quite a long while so can anybody suggest anything?

The previous box and dish combo from a certain large monopoly outfit never did this and I've not touched the dish.

All wires are secure. Broadband speed of it matters isn't great at 2.2mb.

    moved to the correct forum

this could be a server issue if its on scrambled channels located at 28e, which we dont allow discussions of on here (most forums dont either - check the rules)

if its ok on free to air (FTA) channels like bbc and itv, and fails on say scrambled sly channels at 28e, contact your "source" and complain
