Unable To Deselect Tuner "B" For "A" On One Satellie.

I've been unable to open any channels on 19* East on my motorised set up for a long time. Thought it was a problem with my dish alignment, although every other satellite gave good signal. Anyway, today I've decided to investigate a little deeper. Tried to manually fine tune via sat position set up just in case, but no luck. Then, just by chance, I noticed that on this satellite the channel displayed the tuner used is "B" instead of "A" and there lies the problem, I don't need to utilise a second tuner these days and therefore it's not connected to a second outlet.
Now I've tried all manor of ways to put this satellite through to the "A" tuner as all my other sats are, but no luck. Obviously missing something basic as usual, so any help appreciated. I'm using Open ATV 5.0 and fully motorised.

    Best wishes from,

    Gibson.

try changing the cable round mate or have a look in your tuner config

Using Black Hole, you can change the Customize option, to Expert, then alter the Tuner default, from Auto, to A, or B, check if you have any similar menu options.
Although I'm a little surprised, as surely you have Tuner B set to not Configured, if it's not connected, so your receiver shouldn't select it, on any satellites.
