So just wondering where exactly you actually downloaded patch 143P from and also whether you EXACTLY followed the 'accepted' procedure when you loaded it on to your box?

I tried to download the patch from TM download center or direct to my receiver from TM online and of course from satpimps, but the latest patch is not available on here, and my box is a 5402hdci super so i don't know if is a m1 or m2.thanks

Well I believe that M2 onwards says so on it mate, so logically yours is prob an M1!
So if that is correct the patch you have downloaded SHOULD be the correct one but most certainly NOT be refused by your box!
So maybe your box is NOT an M1 - but only YOU can possibly tell us that!

So here are the two potential valid patches (143P and 144P) for you to try for either m1 or M2 - although there are also two more recent 'test' patches you COULD also try despite some remaining issues with the tests (025P) which were issued for the following reason:-
    !Fixed
    1-. Youtube
    2- H-S----tion in entertainment menu3-. Newcamd
    3-. Powervu
    4- BISS key update

Thanks again holmroad for your help, problem sorted,
I done a factory reset via the on /off button and reload the patches and worked, all fixed.

Well I DID suggest that you follow the 'accepted' procedure for patch loading mate - as follows:-
    1) Back up Channel List to memory stick
    2) Factory Reset
    3) Load patch
    4) Factory reset
    5) Switch box off at back for 30-60 secs
    6) Reload backed up Channel List from 1) above

    Off you go!
