Website/resource for updated channel frequencies?

Is there a site/resource I can use to find updated frequencies? I think this would save a lot of time. I'm noticing that some channels update every 2/3 months.

i recommend you to have a look at flysat

Flysat is The Best for daily updates on freq and Transponder changes KoS is quite slow and can be unreliable too .
