Thanks to Wibs and Echelon for this useful info.

However, my Icecrypt S1600 receiver is now on loan in Portugal and working well, and in the event of my return to Portugal in the near future, I envisage buying a new and better receiver to take with me.

What do you recommend is my best option to receive Intelsat 901?

It has to be a receiver that can handle the high symbol rate from Intelsat AND be able to use “BISS” codes which decrypt the signals.
