Charles Kennedy Dies 2/6/15
See Charles Kennedy, the ex Lib Dem MP has died aged 55yrs suddenly today!
I personally liked him a lot, always on the ball and interesting to listen to - 32yrs in Parliament - obviously we all know he'd been fighting the dreaded 'drink probs', but as I say, I respected and liked him as he was a character (one of the very few left in politics) with his red hair, etc etc
He will be missed, R.I.P. Charles Kennedy, sympathy to his family.

I will second that - not a keen lover of his parties politics but he was one who always thought before he opened his gob. And he addressed his drink issues publicly and with a lot of humility.
Thought the chap was a great orator.
Is such a shame, only young.
Very sad. He always seemed to be a decent man, even when his drink problem became public knowledge.
