Had it working for a while with Spinz TV addon, but now all gone!
Install the older version of IPTV stalker, set auto update in Kodi on Notify, and with the right MAC address, stalker is working fine for me and has never stopped since I've installed it.

I won't ask what MAC Addy you're using.
IPTV Stalker have spotters, and would put it in their black list LOL

I would advise you against discussing IPTV stalker. The Add on author is undoubtedly reading all the threads, and can make changes accordingly if he finds out people are able to watch it. Do not post MAC addresses and version information to anyone in public. If you have MAC address generators, do not tell which ones you are using and which one work with stalker. Also, do not disclose if you have made changes to existing IPTV stalker. All those info can help the author of the add on come up with something different and that would not be good indeed.
It seems as if they are using different servers for IPTV stalker which also includes username/pass authorisation. We'll see how things will be in the future, but for now, IPTV stalker doesn't seem to work and that includes clones too.
