tm5402 hd

hi i use the tm5402hd receiver and i find that when i watch btsport there is no sound. I used to have sound but recently nothing, so when i watch sport on it i have to use the radio for audio and use the receiver for the picture.

Any help please

Hi ajp, if you rescan the tp for bt sport it will sort it, perhaps back up your channel list first but if you only scan the tp which is 11514 i think it should not cause you a problem, they changed something a couple of weeks ago.

BT Sport sound fine on MY TM5402HD M3 so sure ajp's will be after his rescan - but WOULD be nice to know?

Yes just rescan the tp also quest+1 changed audio pids so a few must have.
A scan of the relevant tp's wont harm anything and will keep channels.
