Intelsat 907 receiver with Hard Disk recorder.....

    Hi All

Looking for some suggestions on an integrated receiver/recorder for Intelsat 907 that has BISS decoding options for Satback.

Some options I would need definite

    1) Key change has to be straightforward
    2) Record one channel whilst watching another

    Optional

    3) Either internal or external hard drive

Any price guidelines would be helpful

    Many thanks

    Technomates do that.
TMf3/5 is one of cheapest and easiest option.
You will be able to record on same transponder and as 27w bbc etc are same tp then you can watch and record another.
    USB for recording.
Biss easy to enter when correct channel list loaded for 27w
Apprx cost £90 -100 depending on seller and obviously postage if outside UK.

Have you tried the F3/5 with the latest patch(125) Manic01, cos I might be doing something wrong, i find they still freeze when you change channel.

Sorry, was posting the question to Manic01, I have 2 F3/5 and i find they are not fantastic on recording, even with the latest patch (125), ok if you go out for the evening and leave it recording, just when you change channel it freezes, but i might be doing something wrong.

You need to update to the latest patch 129 - which solves all the recording problems.

Icecrypt S3200ccihd is perfect for satback,SW and codes available very quickly and if you have cracked SW it is a doddle to enter the code manually, records fine and is very small decoder,I use 32GB memory stick and it can record15ish Hrs of HD or more SD also watch downloaded content using the box as well.Have had a play with some other boxes and if you are not V techy I would steer well clear. All you have to be able to do with icecrypt 3200 is download a file to a memory stick,or connect box to internet with Lan cable to get the latest SW and codes from icecrypt, sometimes you have to add transponder details and then search and all channels up in less tha acouple of minutes from start to finish, highly reommend these boxes, available new fro£99.99 or on **** for various prices.
