13e channels not working - scrambled

Hi I have updated my Spiderbox 6000 HD via network.

It seems the channels in 13e are scrambled.

All channels on 19.2e are working fine.

I have a dual lnb setup.

Is anyone else getting the scrambled for channels on 13e?

working all ok here, If you updated by network theres a good chance your lnb settings might not be right for your setup.

Dive into the sat menu and check diseq is set right.

Surely if the channels are scrambled the signal is fine?

Maybe you would like to state which channels on 13 east you are referring to as being scrambled, if it is all of them then check the expiry date of the IKS Channels.

check the fta channels are the same as in the 13e channel list, a lot of the same frequencies exist on both sat positions, you could still get a signal even though your on the wrong sat.

check the monoblock lnb is still in the right position, a pigeon could land on the deflected side of the lnb and knock it out of line still leaving the main focus beam working, get checking.

Its the IKS subscription. IKS works for 19e ie. Canal+ Sport France

what is your signal and quality percent like on that particular channel?

From what maurice has said in post #10, it looks like you will have to wait for the IKS team to sort. You are connecting so no problem with the Spiderbox or its operation.

So obviously the problem was with the server and not the satellite channels

When the odd channel scambles on IKS best to wait a couple days before posting as they usually come back in that time as jbvid stated you need to give the server team time to update as necessary.
