Many satellite feeds are in the 4.2.2. format. Is there any way my VU+ Solo 2 can open feeds that are in this 4.2.2. mode?
Thanks in anticipation and
Best wishes from,
Gibson.

Your best bet for 4 2 2 is pci card for your pc if you can be bothered, I use to do it but not anymore.
4:2:2 open the webif from your Solo2 on a Laptop/PC and then click the stream button and then open stream with VLC you will now have Video/Audio
Thanks for the reply digicon, but not too sure how to achieve this. You say "Open webif from your Solo 2 on a Lap/PC."
Is this via DCC or whatever. Sorry to be a little thick, but a wee bit lost as to how.

Your Solo2 will have an IP address which you access same as via VUCC or DCC so you type in browser IE,Chrome,Firefox etc... 192.168.x.xxx this is your webif on your laptop/PC
at the side of your channels you have a little Box which represents a TV click that and this creates an .m3u file which is your stream you then play that while still connected through VLC
do this for your 4:2:2 feeds
