Icecrypt S1600CHD , error code (IDENT Error --UNINIT)

hello Guys,
I have Icecrypt S1600CHD , when i turn it on it gives me this error code (IDENT Error --UNINIT) can anyone help me to resolve this issue?
I already tried to install new firmware by using a usb stick but I'm not sure if did it in the right way.
i paste the batched firmware into the usb stick
then i put the usb in the box
and i turn it on while pressing and holding the 'channel up' button .
but no benefit
..please help

Could you try installing the software via the FTP connection? Might eliminate if it is a box issue.

Has anyone been sucessful in recoverying from this error code IDENT Error --UNINIT!

Did the image sent by the rs232 work, not sure if the box is up when you get this error or is it from startup. Not seen this myself but l know of someone who has the problem and trying to help
