    its most commenly is front pannel or nearly front pannel lower mother board fault

    i spoke with DM some time ago there was a large batch where the boot loaders were naff,i have tried a few 9900,s which failed even after the progress bar did the flash but then waited and waited to no avail that being with null cable but vista desktop which reconized the port
