Advise required please

Hello all,
I need some advise please. I currently have S*Y boxes in 4 rooms in the house. As you can imagine it is expensive so I am considering replacing them all. However the facilities on the s*y boxes are handy. Can anyone recommend a receiver that will do the following.

1. Record 1 channel while watching another.
2. Pause the channel (Whilst I get beer from the fridge)
3. Simple to use.
4. has an internal HDD Installed.

most or all of the VU twin tuner boxes fulfil most of the above , so vu solo 2 , vu duo 2 , vu duo being 3 of them

1. requires a twin tuner box like the sly plus box, and 2 feeds per box from the lnb

so 4 boxes = 8 feeds

2. most boxes can pause to usb stick or usb hdd , or to internal hdd (where fitted)

3. this is debateable, what is simple to some people isnt to others , none are as simple as the sly boxes

4. you can pay the dealer to install them , or do it yourself like I did

5. has a 24/7 epg facility (like the sly plus box) - vu for that too
