Significance of dish offset angle when motor mounted

Unfortunately my old stab motor has finally given up, not surprising considering some of the gales it's withstood over the years! i'm installing my existing Hirschmann Hit-fesat 85 dish onto a new Technomate TM-2600 motor. Am I correct in thinking that I disregard the dishes offset angle which is 21.1 degrees? As the motor manual makes no mention of the dish offset angle. The instructions appear to instruct me to set the motor elevation angle to 41 degrees and to set the dishes bracket angle to 22.8 degrees as my actual longitude is 49.XXXX North.

As my latitude is -2.XXXX am I correct in thinking that I enter this as 2.XXXX West in the receivers USALs settings? Latitude positive entered as east and latitude negative entered as west?

    Any advice greatly appreciated

You've got longitude and latitude mixed up - latitude is north/south and longitude is east/west. You will have to take the dish's offset angle into account. Take a look at the attached files.

Just checked my scribblings on the back of the motor manual and you're right! I should have said my latitude is 49.XXX and my longitude is -2.XXX. The motor manual doesn't mention the dishes offset angle, with my latitude it instructs me to set the motor elevation at 41 and to set the dish to 22.8 they'd make it much easier if they brought the dishes offset angle into the equation. I'll study the arc and angle files that you've posted
