    Twin Tuner problem with BH

    Hi,
I have a Duo2 receiver with tuner A motorised on Usuals and tuner B fixed on 22.8e, when I record something on freesat I notice that I cannot view any pay channels but can only view another freesat during the recording, also if I select another satellite the motor won't turn until the recording has stopped. I have tried swapping A & B co-axial cables over and settings, now on BH 2.1.4 but problem remains the same.
This is a problem I have been having for a while since BH 2.1.0 and also have the same problem with my Solo2 which is setup the same.
Has someone managed to git this working on their receiver? With what settings?
    Thanks,
    Tommyd.

If using a later version of Black Hole, anything later than 2.1.0.1, then use CCcam 2.30, you can get it here:

You shouldn't be experiencing any problems, with using a fixed dish, and motorized dish, on different tuners, so this has to be due to your tuner configration settings. Try setting the Tuner, with the fixed dish, to simple, single, Astra 28.2E, and the other tuner to simple positioner.

Thanks Mickha, will try CCam 2.30 and hopefully that will sort things, been using 2.13 for a few years now.

Dish setup already as you say.

Can you please try some basic things.
First move your motorized dish to another satellite, like 13E, then go into the tuner and set it up as Not Configured.
Next try manually scanning in channels from 28.2E, on the now only configured tuner, which should be the fixed dish on 28.2E.

Sounds like a basic Tuner configuration issue.

When you watch something on 28.2E the tuner it says on your info panel should be the one with the fixed dish attached. If it's taking it from the other feed, that's your problem.
