Not many EPL games but you can get the crowd atmosphere, on the canal+ channels, 19.2E, usually audio option 2.
The answer is no, you can sort English commentaries out by using digital radios with pause/play feature or online radio commentaries also, 5Live and Talksport and occasionally Absolute radio cover most EPL matches and some championship ones.

No not normally unless using iptv
SOme times all fta some times cs or keys but generally on a saturday not all of them unless have bein sports card in bein sports decoder.
I would say unless your a Man UTD, Man City, Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool supporter there is little chance of you seeing your team live on TV every game but the top 5 always seem to get shown
