I have received an email from another forum saying BH 2.1.2 is available and I see the SoloSE mentioned. I also noticed the image on here for the Vu+Ultimo so I'm confused here. It's not available on this forums SoloSE image thread so is it for this box or not and do you have to flash the image or is it available for download via the box??

I would think that a bit of patience is required here as usually all the images tend to get uploaded here by a trusted member or staff member , so you get the odd one posted and then all the rest follow within a day or two

usually its a clean install, as they tend to have compatibility issues with previous images or backups , as can be seen in a recent thread on here about restoring settings causing issues on a VU that had been upgraded to a newer image

so I would say

1) Patience - wait for the new image to arrive here

2) clean install (so backup your channel list etc to your pc using dreamboxedit or similar, and any emu configs too)

It's the old adage then if it aint broken why fix it hehe cheers echolen for that I'll be patient and just wait. I have already made a settings backup I usually like to play it safe.
