    Moving IPTV Channels :-

This info was posted in the IPTV Files Only:

Instructions for IPTV function, user creating his IPTV channel list and add in receiver :

    a)Make IPTV.ipt file using wordpad

b)Copy IPTV.ipt file to USB drive

    c)Menu-System settingS->Software Update->S/W Upgrade

d)Select IPTV.ipt file and press OK

    e)Receiver reboots

    f)Go to IPTV

g)User can find IPTV channels he made.

So it would appear that you can edit your current channels (Move up or down by Copy/Pasting in wordpad) assuming you know how to do that.

    -----------------------------------------

    to get a list...go to menu...settings...software update...come down to iptv server..click that...
    then select list you require
press red button on remote to upgrade to that list...
    box will reboot...

Just checking for educational purposes of course!!!

To add something i have to remove something else due to limitation of 400 lnks per list.
Maybe you can vote in another thread what content from existing you need most.

    Re. post 38 thanks maurice

Live on the so called first null in central southern norway for UK SPOT BEAM RECEPTION from astra 2E and 2F. have a gibby 125cm fixed dish and when conditions permit can receive the UK psb ( BEEBS ) from astra 2E but not a sniff from astra 2F.

So to save investing in a larger dish have resorted to streaming the BEEBS from spare lappy to a 40" tv with hdmi cable using the hola vpn free service, works well for me.

Have not tried the Spider 6000hd iptv ( or iks ) yet but will try it if the hola service ceases.

Regards from the fringe reception area.

Or you can use kodi and stalker tv see the section on satpimps on how to install on a pc. There are lots of apps offering the channels you want from sd to Hd in quality. The links for uk tv are down at the moment on iptv for spiderbox 6000.

+1 Some things are better watched on a PC/Other rather than a Spiderbox. Some of the channels from Kodi(XBMC)/ Web can be intercepted and moded to work on a Spiderbox (yours truly was doing it for a bit) but some are a no go, so it is much easier to use other means of access to IPTV. having read and said all this I am grateful to BD and the team who is spoiling us with Excellent IPTV in the way of all the movies ans sports and other channels. I am a bit of a persona non grata here (thanks to some unfair moderating) but then I always say what I feel needs to be said. Keep up the great work BD

The most important point is to update IPTV list every time you are going to watch IPTV channels, movies.

So for having your list updated every time we update it,you have to select one of these 2 ways.

    First way :
Press Edit - Delete - Delete All - Exit - Blue Button (Update)

    Second way :
Menu - System Settings - Software Update - Upgrade By Network
    Highlight IPTV server
Right-Left button to choose list 1-2-3-4
    Press red button to upgrade
    Receiver will then reboot

*If you get the 'Busy' message then reboot receiver and follow the procedure again.

I have never made my own list, but do you not first have to go to IPTV files and press Blue button (delete) then Yellow Button (delete all), as there could be 300+ channels already installed, before you have tried to install your own list of channel list, which would then have taken you over the 400 channels allowed, and then the existing channels will remain unchanged.

    Hi
Maybe something to do with the files you used in your own list, I remember somewhere Roadrunner explaining how to check them individually first in VLC Player?

We have the most matches in first channels : LIVE Sports Events & other channels like ESPN+,1-2 ,FOX Sports 1-2-3 ,futbol 1-2-3 etc.
We have Diema sport,Diema Sport 2, NTV Spor + BOXING No.1 for boxing.
Update via blue button every time a new match or sport event starts to get the new additions.
