    bt sports 12515 h 22000 = has only a 40% signal.
this was scrambled yesterday now i cant even add the channel
    bt sports on 11604 v 29500 = scrambled
that animal planet frequency is also only a 40% signal today for some reason.

    Hi bkice,

I'm new to s3550, just had it 4 weeks.
Can you tell me what Image you run on
    your Icecrypt s3550HDCCI.
Not up with plugins, or how to upload cline yet.

bkice, If you want to start from scratch with
the s3550 try re flashing box.
    I used (InitFlash v6 ICECRYPT S3550HDCCI v2 00 99).
    Then uploaded Soft 2 11 77.
Sig quality (BBC) is 92% on 80cm dish.

I used a Null model cable (Not USB stick) using tool
( Porter Express exe ) took 40 minutes to upload
but worth it, it also installed loader ( 7 07 ).

    BF.

I'm very sorry bkice that you are having problems with 'your provider' but please stop wasting everyone's time here
it would seem there is nothing wrong with your box and nothing wrong with your dish
there is a problem with your provider and you should take this up with them
we do not condone or support PAYSERVERS here at Satpimps so please take your problems to them not us
