    Low broadband speed?

    Hi everyone,
Thinking about IPTV, My download speed is 1.6mb upload is 0.4mbb
Would I be able to instal a box with these speeds?

I would very much think so, however as I do not have such a very low broadband speed, you may have to wait for someone else to confirm that.

SD streams Would work fine but HD requires about another 1mb down
i could watch IPTV Streams ok on 3mb down and 312k up ..[ MY UPLOAD Has not changed in years ,lol ]
i have quite a bit worse upstream speed than you funny enuff 312k but 5.1mb downstream so all IPTV stuff HD/SD streams ok with no buffer ,
so really downstream is the all important factor here i would say .
    good luck : )
